An Oasis in Eden
60 Minute Session -- $65 per session; or 3 session package/$165 -- One definition of “oasis” includes this statement: “People actually accomplish more when they take time for short rests.” Our 60 minute sessions begin with hot moist aromatherapy infused foot wraps. You’ll find your body and mind quickly unwinding, bringing you into an oasis of relaxation and helping to encourage your body to greater balance, health, wellness, and rejuvenation.

75 Minute Ultimate Experience -- $75 per session; or 3 session package/$195 -- Enhancing your experience with additional minutes of reflexology and relaxation, these sessions conclude with the touch of hot stone therapy and a second helping of hot moist aromatherapy infused foot wraps. You use them everyday to accomplish almost everything you do! Your Hands! What are you doing to thank them? The demands of our hi-tech culture has created challenges of carpal tunnel and other repetitive stress injuries as well. Hand reflexology offers wonderful relaxation. Clients often report significant help with their pain, as well.

Reflexology for Plantar Fasciitis
We see clients every week faced with this painful challenge. To better respond to these needs, Lynn has received advanced reflexology training in a plantar fasciitis-specific protocol. Your session begins with our Oasis in Eden. To that we add the plantar fasciitis work, which is client participatory. Our clients are reporting great improvements with their pain. This is particularly true when faithfully following at home self-help steps, which are shared with each client.

A whole level above the hot paraffin hand treatments you may have received, Eco-fin, a paraffin-petroleum-synthetic fragrance-chemical dye FREE paraffin alternative, is plant-based and people friendly. It is a soothing and rehydrating delight and welcome treat for your hands while you relax and enjoy your foot reflexology. Offered as add-on service only.

Pool of Delight in Eden
Let us prepare for you a delightful foot bath of sea salts and aromatherapy. The properties of the salts and therapeutic essential oils provide the potential for warmed muscles, increased circulation and detoxification. We add strokes of relaxing massage, preparing your feet and your whole body for the beautiful reflexology treatment to follow. We use an ionized copper foot basin, providing a healthy environment for your feet. Offered as add-on service to foot reflexology only. Sessions are extended 10-15 mins.

*NOTE: When this delight is added to Haven in Eden, hot moist aromatherapy infused wraps will be used only at the end of the session.

My work is done from my home -- a park-like setting in Bartlett, TN. All sessions are experienced in our warmly inviting relaxation room, purposely designed for enjoyment by all your senses.
Sessions are scheduled with generous time for unhurried ease of transition between clients. Should you find you will be arriving a bit late for your appointment, the courtesy of a call to 901-674-3934 is greatly appreciated. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate for situations that may be out of your control.
Session hours:
Monday through Wednesday - 1st appointment 10:00 am; last appointment 6:00 pm
In order to provide the best service for all clients, Footsteps In Eden has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call 901-674-3934 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule if you are unable to keep your appointment. Same day cancellations or no shows are subject to a $25 cancellation fee to be applied to your next service.
